Creating LGBTQI affirming environments and programs is a goal of GALA. We offer LGBTQI Sensitivity & Cultural Competenece Trainings to government, private and other civil society organizations. Workshops can be tailored to fit your agency's needs and can be done at your location.  Trainings are delivered by LGBTQI persons, sharing personals stories and best practices working with the LGBTQI community.

 

LGBTQI Sensitivity Trainings are intended to help agencies better work with the LGBTQI community and help to transform social service systems and workplaces to be more LGBTQI supportive and affirming.
